The Villa has been fully refurbished 2010

It has a very large front and side patio area 55sqm and is finished with marble tiles, it also has a table six chairs a double swing and of course a stone built BBQ.

On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large wood burning fire,(for the winter months) TV.DVD and a music centre, two bed settee’s and a coffee table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, cooker, microwave, toaster fridge, dishwasher, iron and ironing board kettle and a six piece dinner service with an assortment of drink glasses.

Also on the ground floor is a toilet, shower, washbasin and the washing machine and a small Jacuzzi bath.

As you walk up the marble staircase you will find the two bedrooms and a shower room on the second floor.

the main bedroom overlooks the communal swimming pool and has a double queen size bed a large mirrored wardrobe two bedside tables and a music centre.

The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

Further up the stairs you will find the rooftop bedroom, this room has a double bed a wardrobe and two bedside tables, this bedroom has an en suite shower room complete with a toilet and wash basin.

The large roof terrace has views of the Aegean sea and has a table with six chairs and umbrella two sun beds and a small table.

The three bedrooms and living room all have the benifit of air conditioning units.

The swimming pool is facing the villa and is open from May till September.
